When an archer progresses to where they no longer need "lessons", but need someone who can evaluate their form, help tune equipment, and offer training assistance to increase their success in competition, the archer is ready for a Coach.

  • The archer comes first- winning comes second. Your emotional and physical well-being will always be my primary concern.
  • Sportsmanship and Ethics- Trying again after failing, ignoring the odds, and doing one's best are the most important things.
"If you make every game a life and death proposition, you're going to have problems. For one thing, you'll be dead a lot."  --- Dean Smith
  • The archer comes before the coach- It's never, "My way or the highway".
  • Family comes before sport- We will modify training to accommodate your life situations.
  • Quality of practice- There will always be quantifiable goals. "Practice does not make perfect. Perfect practice makes perfect." --V. Lombardi

"Wonderful to get some feedback! What I so enjoyed was the clarity and excellence in helping me move forward. My stance, draw, aim and release continue to offer the arrow a straighter, smoother path. Such small adjustments as you offered continue to echo."  --Brant R.
